Province has nine pickleball courts, four tennis courts, two bocce courts, and a half basketball court, all inside the gates and open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Resident pickleball, tennis, and bocce clubs organize open play, ladders, leagues, and clinics. Court counts and hours are from the Province Community Association.
Pickleball
Nine courts, which for a community of about 2,000 homes is a substantial ratio and the reason pickleball is the most visible sport in Province. The resident pickleball club runs open play by skill level, ladders and leagues, clinics for new players, and social play. Courts open at 7 a.m., which matters in summer.

How play is organized
The clubs are resident-led and listed in the association's monthly magazine with contacts. New residents typically join open play first and find their level from there. Equipment is the player's own. The clubs and the calendar are on the club calendar.
Court access from home
The courts sit with the Village Center complex, so homes in the original Engle parcels around it are the shortest walk or cart ride; homes in the outer parcels are a cart ride.
