The Province Community Association's Lifestyle Department runs more than 300 events, classes, and programs a year, and residents lead roughly 75 groups and clubs, from bridge, mah jongg, and quilting to chorale, line dance, pickleball, water volleyball, hiking, and a golf club. A Lifestyle Director is on staff, and the calendar is published on the association's website.
The event calendar
The association publishes a monthly calendar with categories for lifestyle events, resident-led events, groups and clubs, arts and craft classes, sponsored programs, and HOA meetings. A recent month included a tribute concert and the Sonoran Concert Series in Town Hall, Tuesday trivia, free Sunday bingo, a Thursday social hour, a watercolor class, an estate-planning lunch and learn, a Medicare seminar, a bus trip to a Valley theater, a fitness orientation, a potluck game night, a newcomers meet-and-greet, and a caregivers conference. Signature events over the year include day trips, themed dances, seasonal festivals, poolside events, and holiday celebrations.

Fitness and community classes
Group fitness runs in the exercise studios and pools: strength, balance, mobility, water aerobics, and lap swim programs. Community classes cover arts, crafts, and technology. New residents can book a free fitness orientation. The facilities themselves are described on the Village Center page and pools at Province.
How new residents plug in
The Lifestyle team hosts a Newcomers Treat and Greet with Province Ambassadors, residents who orient new neighbors. A Wednesday eNewsletter and a Friday Province Post go to residents who sign up. For anyone weighing a move here, the calendar is the clearest picture of the community; it is public on the association site, and daily life at Province summarizes it. The community overview is everything about Province.
