Who we are in plain terms

The James Sanson Team is a small real estate team brokered by Real Broker LLC, a national brokerage licensed in Arizona. Our specialty is the City of Maricopa in Pinal County, zip codes 85138 and 85139. James has worked this market since 2004. Why a team that works all of Maricopa built a 55+ site

Province is not one neighborhood among twenty. It has its own association, its own age-qualification policy under federal law, two builders across four eras, a villa product with a different assessment structure, and a buyer who arrives with a different set of questions than a buyer looking at Glennwilde or Homestead. A general site answers those questions in a paragraph. This site answers them in full, because that is what it takes to market a Province listing well and to represent a Province buyer without surprises.

The site is independent of the Province Community Association and of Meritage Homes. Facts about the community come from the association's published materials and recorded documents; facts about homes come from the Arizona Regional MLS. What we know about Province specifically

Province has about 2,000 homes at build-out per the association. Engle Homes built the first phases from 2003 to 2007, including all of the Gemini villas and most of the waterfront lots. Meritage Homes built the later phases and finished the community at The Preserve at Province; Province is built out. Single-family homes run from about 1,300 to 3,200 square feet across more than thirty floor plans; villas run from about 1,200 to 1,800. Roughly one home in seven sits on a lake.
